Nicki is a highly educated advanced certified personal trainer with more than 18 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She was a national swimmer throughout her youth and collegiate years, traveling the country competing and working with USA swim teams. Over the years while continuing an arduous academic schedule in health related sciences, Nicki was a successful natural figure athlete and model, sponsored by multiple international supplement companies, fitness groups and organizations. She has traveled all over the country holding health seminars on fitness and nutrition including military bases.

As a licensed massage and correctional therapist, she specializes in posture/gate, sports recovery, exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention as well as manual lymphatic drainage. She believes in the power of the individual and their ability to accomplish anything they set their mind to. She promotes varied, safe and effective functional movement with a deep emphasis on traditional strength training, combined with manual corrective tissue therapy.
