Therapeutic/ Corrective Massage: Focuses on a specific needs, sometimes just a specific area, such as controlling pain, relieving inflammation, addressing nerve or tissue damage, increasing flexibility or managing other health conditions. During the massage, the therapist addresses your issue through the use of a variety of pressure and movement, manipulating the soft tissue of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. Common examples of conditions that might warrant prescription massage therapy include:

-Neck pain, lower back pain  -Chronic pain -Migraines  -Anxiety or stress   -Plantar fasciitis   -Joint pain   -Muscle spasms  -Edema  -Tennis/ Golfers Elbow   -Post-Recovery Surgery 

Sports Massage: Sports massage utilizes a combination of techniques to help both the very active, and/or the athletic body meet optimal performance. This massage helps decrease the likelihood of injury, supports soft tissue healing, and assists with sport performance, or rigors of a busy every day active lifestyle. This massage focuses on deep strokes, stretching, and often vibration to target connective tissue and inner muscle layers, which can help correct issues created by physical embalances or arguous activity. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. 

Deep Tissue Massage: Targets the deeper tissue layers, releasing muscles adhesions and fascial restrictions. This massage modality, is used to treat deep layers of connective tissue and muscle, through a multitude of varied techniques that manipulate the tissue to release, and allow for decreased pain from chronic daily activities, while increasing mobility, open up tight postural muscles, optimize joint function and aid in the bodies healing process after injury. We will discuss your goals before the massage and make sure to communicate issues, concerns and ailments.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Vodder: The skin is  gently stretched and torqued in a specific manner, based on scientific, physiological principles that have proven to encourage increased lymph flow.  If performed correctly with the correct pressure, direction and speed, this can greatly enhance recovery and facilitate drainage.  It also has profound effects on many systems in the body. Benefits of lymphatic drainage massage include, reduced swelling and inflammation, enhanced immune system function, relaxation and stress relief.

Chair Massage: A great option for those who suffer from neck or back pain. Rather than using a traditional massage table, the massage is performed on a special chair while you’re sitting upright, face placed in a cradle adjusted for you specifically. A chair massage takes weight off your spine to provide instant relief from pain and tightness. Benefits include: Relaxation, Reduced muscle tension and tissue adhesions, aids in better breathing, Headache relief, Stress reduction, Increased focus and attention. This is a fully clothed massage.

Relaxation & Restorative Massage: Focuses on providing a soothing experience that helps you unwind and escape daily stresses. Here’s what to expect when you opt for this type of massage: A more gentle approach, with long, smooth, gliding strokes that promote a sense of calm. These rhythmic movements are designed to enhance relaxation and improve circulation. Comfortable Pressure: The pressure applied during the massage is intended to be deeply relaxing, ensuring a pleasurable experience without causing pain, while reducing stress. Expect soothing music, warm towels, and sometimes the use of essential oils to create a serene atmosphere that enhances your relaxation experience. Some of the benefits include;
